This short (22 min) documentary was released October 2012 by Jan Morgan of JanMorganMedia. It shows that between 2009 and 2011, the blatant trampling of the Constitutional rights of Americans during white collar crime investigations by the DOJ and the IRS increased substantially under the Obama administration.

In fact, during that period, IRS audits against small businesses increased 32%!

There might still be a little justice out of this. The employees of Mountain Pure Water are suing the employees of the IRS. This could get interesting.
