XVI. PETITIONER'S CONVICTION WAS OBTAINED IN VIOLATION OF HIS SIXTH AMENDMENT RIGHT TO COUNSEL AS HIS WAIVER WAS NOT VOLUNTARY, KNOWINGLY, AND INTELLIGENTLY MADE.
